We are looking for sales managers with high standards for performance and the drive to open new worlds for us at Total Media. In short: Total Media looks to hire real leaders with and extended feeling for the needs of our people and organization, who are adaptive to the demands of changing situations, and sensitive to the particular requirements our staff and organizational needs.


Manages sales of Total Media Production products and services in within a defined geographic area or country. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.


    Strategy and sales planning

  • • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
  • • Collaborates with Management in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
  • • Collaborates with Management to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
  • • Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.

    Implementation of direct sales

  • • Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
  • • Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Management or Head of Sales.
  • • Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact with decision-makers.


  • • Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
  • • Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.


  • • Holds regular meetings with Management, sales staff and records meeting notes.

    Professional development

  • • Improves knowledge by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.


  • - A university degree or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
  • - Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
  • - Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
  • - Excellent oral and written communication skills.

We are looking for a Web Developer ; strong technical and creative design skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. As a member of the Product Development team you will create new websites using HTML and CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. You will be responsible for thorough testing in various browser environments for a high level of compliance and quality. You will be expected to be able to work on and provide creative solutions to various interactive projects including: tinplating framework, web portals, client applications, mobile sites, social media, etc.
